We purchased carpet and vinyl planks from Carpet One. We love both!! The carpet installers were excellent and very knowledgeable in the installation of Berber carpet. This is a tricky install and they were excellent. Our luxury vinyl planks were installed in our kitchen and hallway and we really love this product we will definitely choose Carpet ONE for our next flooring project!

We recently moved into a new home to discover the carpet was riddled with cat urine. After talking with John from carpet one, he suggested that we get their microbial cleaning service which would disinfect and get rid of the smell. After countless hours of us trying to get the smell out ourselves, we decided to go with his recommendation. To our surprise, we walked into a cat-pee-free home. To this day no odors have resurfaced. We are very happy with the services that were provided and would recommend 5 out of 5 stars for Carpet One’s services and anyone dealing with similar issues.

Plus, our installer Dennis, is a true craftsman when it comes to installing hardwood floors with his precision cuts, stairs, and finish trim you won't find anywhere else. We would highly recommend Carpet One of Spartanburg to anyone when you want a job done right. Our floors, with their variable widths of hardwood, turned out beautiful.
